When you place an order with us, we will do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. If for any reason your item does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, we will contact you to provide you with a status update.
We have contracted with multiple shipping providers to provide several options for our customers to choose from. Customers can track their shipments through the service providers' tracking system for a more accurate delivery time frame. Upon shipment of the order, the customer receives the tracking information including the tracking number of the shipment to track with the shipping service provider.

Joetech-Global ships to all the countries in the world except the countries mentioned below:
Central African Republic, Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Libya, Mali, Somalia, South Sudan, and Yemen.
Delivery within UAE
UAE orders are delivered on the same day, or maximum the next working day.
Residents of Dubai have an option of "Super Express Delivery" where they receive their order within Dubai in 1-4 hours only! **
*There may be a delay of 1-2 days if the requested item is out of stock.
**Applies to shipments with a maximum weight of 30kg and with dimensions not exceeding 12cm x 12cm x 12cm.
International shipping (outside UAE)
We have partnered with DHL and SMSA to do international shipments to our customers across the world.

International - DHL (Express) - 2-6 Days delivery time
Kindly note that international shipping may incur local duties, taxes, brokerage, or other local government or 3rd party fees, which are not included in the freight quote. Those fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (consignee) of the goods. Please, check your local laws pertaining to customs fees, duties, and taxes.
Joetech-Global.com will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Returns Policy
Please read all the conditions below.
Joetech-Global reserves the right to refuse a return/refund/exchange request.
Please make your claims for "damaged items on delivery" or missing items within 12 hours of receipt of your order.
Is my product eligible for a return?
All of the products sold on Joetech-Global are eligible for returns, if not stated otherwise on the product page. Some products may not be eligible for returns due to the nature of the product. These may include assembled PCs (as the components are unboxed to be used in the computer assembly).
If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 14 days of your purchase. The following conditions apply:
The product must be returned with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened
If the product has been used, the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect
If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too
If your item is eligible for a return, you will be able to raise the return request through the Order History page in your Joetech-Global user account. Joetech-Global returns team shall contact you within 24 hours for claim validation. After confirmation, we will send a courier to collect the item to be returned from you.
Canceling an order
To request an order cancellation, please notify us either by phone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, or through our social media pages. If you decide to cancel the order, please do so as soon as possible.
If you could let us know the reason for the cancellation, we will improve our service and perhaps do things a little better next time.
Payment refunds
Refunds are processed within 2-4 working days after the product is returned, inspected, and is accepted for a return. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Refunds to a credit/debit card may take up to 10 business days to arrive. Refunds to a bank account usually take 1-5 business days to arrive in your bank account.
